At Febstyle, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience across Bangladesh. Please read our delivery rules carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

✅ We deliver to all districts across Bangladesh.
✅ Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

2. Delivery Time

📦 Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
📦 Outside Dhaka: 3-7 business days
📦 Delivery times may vary due to holidays, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

🚚 Inside Dhaka: BDT 60-100 (Based on weight & location)
🚚 Outside Dhaka: BDT 120-150 (Based on courier service & location)
🚚 Heavy or bulk orders may have additional charges.

4. Delivery Process

1️⃣ Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call or message.
2️⃣ Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed within 24 hours (except weekends & holidays).
3️⃣ Courier Shipment: We use trusted courier services for nationwide delivery.
4️⃣ Delivery Notification: Customers will receive a call before delivery.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

✅ COD is available for all orders.
✅ Customers must pay in full upon receiving the product.
✅ If a customer refuses the order without a valid reason, they may be blacklisted from future COD purchases.

6. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts

🚫 If the delivery attempt fails due to wrong address, no response, or customer unavailability, our team will contact you for a reattempt.
🚫 If delivery fails twice, the order will be canceled.

7. Order Tracking

✅ Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
✅ Use the tracking number on the courier partner's website to check your order status.

8. Delivery Restrictions

🚫 Febstyle does not deliver to PO Boxes.
🚫 Orders exceeding a certain weight limit may require special delivery arrangements.
